আমরা হোম ডেলিভারির জন্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার ব্যবহার করি। আপনি সমস্ত শহরের এলাকায় হোম ডেলিভারি পাবেন। কয়েকটি গ্রামীণ এলাকায়, আপনাকে কুরিয়ার অফিস বা ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সুবিধাজনক অবস্থান থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করতে হবে।

ডেলিভারি চার্জ: পন্যের পরিমান এবং পন্য ডেলিভারির স্থানের উপর নির্ভর করে ডেলিভারি চার্জের তারতম্য হয়।

বর্তমানে আমাদের পন্যের ডেলিভারি চার্জঃ
ঢাকাঃ 

০১ টা পন্য = ৮০ টাকা,

০২ টা পন্য = ১০০ টাকা,

০৩/০৪ টা পন্য = ১২০ টাকা,

পন্য ০৪ টার বেশি ক্রেতার সম্মতিক্রমে ১৫০ টাকা বা তার বেশি হবে। 

অন্যান্য জেলাঃ  ( ঢাকার সাব এরিয়াসহ) 

০১ টা পন্য = ১৪০ টাকা,

০২ টা পন্য = ১৭০ টাকা,

০৩/০৪ টা পন্য = ২০০ টাকা,

পন্য ০৪ টার বেশি ক্রেতার সম্মতিক্রমে ২৫০ টাকা বাতার বেশি হবে। 

রিটার্নঃ

আমরা যেহেতু প্রি-অর্ডারে পণ্য বিক্রি করি সেজন্য অর্ডার করা পণ্য রিটার্নের কোনো অপশন নাই।

শুধুমাত্র নিচে উল্লেখিত কারণসমূহের জন্য পণ্য রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন এবং ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় পন্যটি খুলে চেক করে তারপর রিসিভ করবেন (ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে টাকা দিবেন)।

০১। অর্ডার করা পন্যের সাথে মডেল, কালার ও সাইজ না মিললে, মানে ভুল পন্য সরবরাহ করা হলে।

০২। পন্যটি ভাঙা, ছিঁড়া বা নষ্ট থাকলে।

পণ্য রিসিভ করার সময় চেক করতে না পারলে পরবর্তীতে কোনো অভিযোগ থাকলে তা ডেলিভারি গ্রহনের পর সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আপনাকে [email protected] এ মেইল করে অথবা 01841900081 নাম্বারে কল করে অভিযোগ জানাতে হবে। 

অভিযোগ গ্রহনের সর্বোচ্চ ০৭ কর্মদিবসের মধ্য আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে সমাধান করা হবে।

সাইজ বা ক্রেতার অন্য কোনো সমস্যার  জন্য পণ্য রিটার্ন করার বিকল্প হিসেবে আমরা পণ্য পরিবর্তনের সুযোগ (Exchange) রেখেছি। পন্য পরিবর্তন করতে চাইলেও তা ডেলিভারি গ্রহনের পর সর্বোচ্চ ৪৮ ঘন্টার মধ্যে আপনাকে [email protected] এ মেইল করে অথবা 01841900081 নাম্বারে কল করে জানাতে হবে। 

পণ্য পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যের ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং রিটার্ন চার্জ ক্রেতাকে পরিশোধ করতে হবে। 

Delivery:

Pre-order delivery time: 15 – 20 working days.

Stock Product delivery time: 02 – 05  working days.

We use third-party couriers for Home delivery. You will get home delivery in all city areas. In a few rural areas, you have to collect the product from the courier office or the convenient location of the delivery man.

Delivery Charges: Delivery charges vary depending on the product’s quantity and the delivery place.

Currently, our product delivery charges are:

Dhaka:

01 product = 80 taka,

02 products = 100 taka,

03/04 goods = 120 taka,

More than 04 goods will be 150 taka or more with the consent of the buyer.

Other Districts: (including sub-areas of Dhaka):

01 product = 140 taka,

02 items = 170 Taka,

03/04 goods = 200 taka,

Goods more than 04 will be more than Tk 250 with the consent of the buyer.

Return:

As we sell products on pre-order, there is no option to return ordered products.

You can return the product only for the reasons mentioned below and open and check the product while the delivery man is present (pay the delivery man).

1. If the model, color, and size do not match the product ordered, it means that the wrong product has been supplied.
2. If the product is broken, torn or damaged.

If you can’t check the product on receipt, then if you have any complaints, you should send a complaint to [email protected] or call 01841900081 within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the delivery. 

Complaints will be resolved by contacting you within a maximum of 07 working days.

We offer product exchange as an option to return the product due to size or other customer issues. Even if you want to change the product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery by emailing [email protected] or calling 01841900081.

In case of product exchange, the delivery charge and return charge of the product shall be paid by the buyer.
